Craig is an ACC certified executive coach who trained at the renowned Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. He has over 30+ years experience in executive leadership, consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, recruitment and selection with several multi- national companies in entertainment, retail and healthcare.

His corporate experience includes Sony Music and DaVita where he led Human Resources, operations and marketing/sales teams and coached successful, high performing executives and emerging leaders at various stages of their careers.  In addition to his coaching certification from the Hudson Institute and his two bachelor of art degrees in from the University of California at Davis where he graduated with honors, Craig has done graduate work at UC Berkeley and the Universidad de Madrid.  He has served on several boards of directors including Larkin Street Youth Services, AIDS Emergency Fund and the Tenderloin Resource Center in San Francisco and currently volunteers at Muttville, a senior dog rescue group.

Craig currently resides in Palm Springs, CA, with his husband of 15 years and their three senior rescue dogs. They enjoy international travel, hiking in the desert and mountains around Palm Springs and loyally cheering on their SF Giants.

Representative Assignments

  • Senior Director/Vice President (Global Entertainment Company): Coached emerging/high potential leader in developing alternative skills to deal more effectively with a stressful, highly competitive and political environment. As a result, the Client is much calmer, has found her executive voice and has been promoted to a VP position heading finance for the enterprise's Asia Division based in Tokyo and Shanghai.

  • Program Director (Non-Profit Real Estate Development): Coached client experiencing apathy and uncertainty around their career to overcome their inner critic and self-doubt and get promoted to a new position in the for-profit real estate sector where client is now thriving and passionate about their work.

  • Actor, Choreographer, Director, Producer (Entertainment): Coached successful entertainer/celebrity as they became more involved in the production of shows/appearances to develop a more comprehensive understanding of business practices within the industry resulting in the client forming a new production company and developing a comprehensive business plan for its success.

  • Influencing Without Authority Workshop (Healthcare): Developed and facilitated a 2-day workshop for mid-level managers on how to successfully collaborate with and influence peers and those senior to them in their organization. Feedback noted that the facilitator's style, professionalism and openness created an environment where sharing and idea exchange was safe and effective. In follow-up conversations, participants' supervisors report that those who attended are more self-confident in their interactions with peers and senior leaders in the organization.
